Именно таких шагов ждет дагестанская общественность от Владимира Васильева и его команды. Речь идет не только о весьма солидной для Дагестана сумме – более 1,2 млрд рублей, на которую в сотрудничестве с общественными организациями можно реализовать очень много полезнейших проектов для родного региона.
Это показатель взаимного доверия власти и гражданского общества, это шаг навстречу людям, их пониманию того, как должен развиваться Дагестан.
Подобные решения назрели давно. Общественники регулярно говорят о том, что они готовы и хотят быть помощниками государства в области реализации множества инициатив. Подобное взаимодействие необходимо во всех сферах жизнедеятельности — от бытовых вопросов на уровне отдельно взятого дома до таких тонких проблем, как межнациональные и межконфессиональные отношения.
Но в рыночную эпоху без поддержки государства общественные объединения не могут в полной мере стать той мощной созидательной силой, которая помогала бы претворять в жизнь важнейшие проекты. Наша страна и конкретно Республика Дагестан очень нуждается в объединении усилий «сверху» — со стороны административного аппарата, и «снизу» — со стороны гражданского общества – только при таком взаимодействии каждая из сторон сможет максимально эффективно реализовать намеченные проекты и избежать ошибок.
Надеюсь, что упомянутая замечательная инициатива – это только начало, и в будущем гражданское общество станет тем полноценным субъектом принятия важнейших решений, каким оно, по моему мнению, должно быть.
